The most recent news from Silicair relates to the Management Buyout of the business which was completed at the end of October 2002. As you will see from our home and contact pages, three existing Managers, Andy Williams, Martin Wright and Warren Medhurst formed the buyout team having worked within the Company for many years. Brian Singleton and Tony Williams, the previous owners, have now taken on a consultancy role. We are also continuing the development of three ranges of product and the details are already included in our Product Range section : These are : Breathing Air Packages Our new range of Breathing Air Packages are designed to supply breathing air quality air for either 1 or 2 man systems or models to supply a larger multi-user system. Medical Air Packages Following many years of supplying specialist Medical air packages for hospital projects both in the UK and Overseas, we have introduced a new range of simplex and duplex packages to meet the requirements of HTM 2022 and European Pharmecopoeia air quality standards. Nitrogen Generators Our new range of Nitrogen Generators - designed to produce a continuous supply of very high purity nitrogen for any number of applications with the main advantage being that our models do not need the use of a pre treatment dryer, thus saving capital cost and valuable installation space. The drying and nitrogen generation is all done within one compact unit.
