CEO and Chairman of the Board, Ludwig Wiesner retired

Ludwig Wiesner, retired on 30 June 2014. In a moving ceremony to honor the
occasion, Dr. Nikolaus Hensel, the chairman of the SAMSON Supervisory Board,
praised the drive that Mr. Wiesner showed: “Mr. Wiesner was the key contributor
who spurred on the international orientation of the SAMSON GROUP and
established two successful production sites in China and India. The expansion of
the premises and production capacities at the headquarters in Frankfurt bears his
mark and will always be associated with his name. He has made a very valuable
contribution to SAMSON!"
