SST Launch New E-Commerce Website

SST are excited to announce the launch of their new e-commerce website www.sstsensing.com. According to SST's Marketing Executive, Siobhan Dalziel, the new website and brand refresh are closely aligned with the company's strategic vision for growth and expansion into the instrumentation market and sensor industry.
Dalziel commented: "From experience within the sensor industry, many companies remain traditional when it comes to online marketing techniques. However, we are a very innovative company and recognise the importance of constantly revolutionising and adapting to new ways of doing businss and technology.
The new SST website offers a clean, modern design, easy to navigate functionality and a content rich site experience. The e-commerce function enables customers to quickly and easily order SST products from a broad range of categories including liquid level, oxygen and carbon dioxude sensing solutions. The new website it split into two sections; Electronic Sensors and Instrumentation. The Instrumentation section of the website is planned for phase 2 of the development and was part of the design concept to enable SST to promote their new range of multi-gas analyzers as a seperate, value added segment of their business. The Instrumentation segment of the website will continue to provide a fresh, vesatile experience.
The new product pages offer photos, technical specifications, shipping and pricing information in a clean, easy to read format as well as offering the full shopping cart features online customers have come to expect. Additional sections such as video content will be an ongoing development over the next 12 months as part of our marketing strategy is to create a range of high quality content videos demonstrating how to use our products which will improve our ranking position on all major search engines.
Dalziel comments; "Industry drives at a slower pace than other business sectors such as Retail, Food & Entertainment, Technology when it comes to responsive web design. However, when looking at our increasing mobile and tablet visitor statistics from our previous site, we knew it was time to build a website that would be responsive on a variety of portable devices". The mobile and tablet devices are a condensed version of the main site. They are clean, fresh, easy to navigate and very user friendly.
The new SST website will also provide social media integration and direct links to SST's LinkedIn, Google+, Wordpress Blog and Youtube Channels where company and product updates will appear on a regular basis.
Dalziel continues to say; “the new website does not, in any way replace the excellent customer service that SST are very well known for within the sensor industry. Our objective in launching this new website was to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking, quickly, and to provide one more access point and online resource to enable companies or individuals to purchase some of our products easily online”.
