Steam Jacketed Loading Arms

These arms were designed and manufactured by Rotaflow FV Ltd to aid our customers requirement to quickly and efficiently load multiple wagons with bitumen tar. The Loading Arm components have been manufactured with a larger bore ‘Jacket’ over a smaller bore pipe. This allows the temperature to be controlled by use of steam to ensure the bitumen tar remains viscous and easily flows. The loading arms are positioned via pneumatically controlled cylinders. Combined this ensures their operation runs to full efficiency, serving a continual flow of road going fluid transfer vehicles.
