In 2012, Rigmar Group acquired the majority share in Riverside Engineering in order to create a new fabrication arm, Rigmar Fabrication Ltd. Rigmar aim to invest £15 million in a 15 acre Dundee fabrication facility in order to create a premier port for subsea, rig repair as well as petrochemical and process activity.
