In-House Service/Repair Returns

Here at GDS Technologies we are able to provide a comprehensive after sales service to all of our customers. An initial assessment can be made of any product which is returned to GDS and an administration charge of £14 per item will be chargeable. For products which are returned under warranty (see Terms and Conditions C103) there will be no charge for this service. At GDS Technologies we operate an Equipment Tracking Number (ETN) system for returning any products.
